Because of "a" Beatles I moved my fakebook from musescore to right here. And let any bitch bitching about autorship fried in hell.

Beatles now look like top pussies even more than ever when their scores of Yestarday song are deleting from servers like musescore etc. and it does not even matter that it is remake with completely new bass cleff (like in f. e. my case: see in download above). I uderstand that movie Yesterday was released and Beatles have litle control over Sony/ATV, but this made this non-band look ridiculous, specially when "a" band (as they claim) do not know notes and song is 54 years old/ in 16 y. will lose autorships.
Specially remakes definitely comply with "copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education and research". And it is really sad, that no one is giving punch back for such a ridiculous behavior in music. Even more sad is absence of promoting mechanism for good bahavior in music per se: paying for music (specialy more niche genres) and music software.
